Charitable objects

THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE TRUST FUND AND ITS INCOME UPON TRUST TO APPLY THEM FOR THE RELIEF OF DISABLED PEOPLE IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY: 1. THE PROVISION OF RESIDENTIAL CARE FOR THOSE WITH DISABILITIES WHO HAVE REACHED THE AGE OF 18; 2. THE PROVISION OF APPROPRIATE RESPITE CARE TO PEOPLE OF ANY AGE WITH DISABILITIES; AND 3. THE PROVISION OF PASTORAL CARE IN THE COMMUNITY FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES.
