1) ASSISTING THE GOVERNORS FOR THE TIME BEING OF THE SCHOOL TO DISCHARGE THEIR OBLIGATIONS. 2) A) PROVIDING FOR THE SCHOOL SUCH BENEFITS OF ANY KIND NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY; AND B) PROMOTING THE EDUCATION (INCLUDING SOCIAL AND PHYSICAL TRAINING) OF PUPILS AND FORMER PUPILS OF THE SCHOOL WHO ARE UNDER THE AGE OF 25 YEARS AND IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE.
