ASSISTING IN THE COUNTY OF BEDFORDSHIRE IN THE TRAINING OF YOUNG WOMEN UNDER THE AGE OF 25 YEARS SOTO DEVELOP THEIR PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL CAPACITIES THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY AND IN PARTICULAR BUT WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING BY ADVANCING THEIR EDUCATION IN MATTERS RELATING TO MENTAL, PHYSICAL AND SOCIAL WELFARE.
