Charitable objects

THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE CAPITAL AND INCOME OF THE TRUST FUND UPON TRUST TO APPLY THE INCOME AND ALL OR SUCH PARTS OF THE CAPITAL AT SUCH TIME OR TIMES AND IN SUCH MANNER AS THE TRUSTEES MAY IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION THINK FIT OR TOWARDS THE PROMOTION AND ADVANCEMENT OF THE CHRISTIAN RELIGION OR TOWARDS SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES THINK FIT AND WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING TO PROMOTE THE RELIGIOUS AND OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES OF THE CHURCH.
