TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUPILS OF BLEDLOW RIDGE COUNTY COMBINE DSCHOOL BY PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN THE THE PROVISION OF EDUCATIONAL, RECREATIONAL AND OTHER CHARITABLE FACILITIES IN AUGMENTATION OF SUCH FACILITIES FINANCED BY THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY.
