THE TRUST FUND IS TO BE USED FOR THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AND OTHERWISE FOR CHARITABLE PURPOSES IN THE BENEFICIAL AREA AND IN PARTICULAR THE PROVISION OF A NEW SITE FOR BEDFORD MODERN SCHOOL, TO BE LEASED TO THE TRUSTEES OF THE BEDFORD CHARITY, (THE HARPUR TRUST.)
