Charitable objects
THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE CAPITAL AND THE INCOME OF THE TRUST FUND UPON TRUST TO PAY OR APPLY OR CAUSE TO BE PAID OR APPLIED THE INCOME AND ALL OR SUCH PART OR PARTS OF THE CAPITAL AT SUCH TIME OR TIMES AND IN SUCH MANNER AS THE TRUSTEES MAY IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION THINK FIT IN OR TOWARDS:
(A) THE RELIEF OF YOUNG PERSONS UNDER AGE OF 25 YEARS WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS BY REASON OF THEIR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES OR THEIR MENTAL, PHYSICAL OR SENSORY DISABILITIES; AND (B) THE FURTHERANCE OF EDUCATION (INCLUDING SOCIAL AND PHYSICAL TRAINING) OF YOUNG PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 25 YEARS.
