Charitable objects
(A) PAYMENTS TO THE MANAGERS OF ANY VOLUNTARY SCHOOL TO BE APPLIED BY THEM IN DISCHARGING THEIR OBLIGATIONS UNDER THE EDUCATION ACTS 1944 TO 1976. (B) PROVIDING FOR ANY VOLUNTARY SCHOOL SUCH SPECIAL BENEFITS NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY. (C) PROMOTING THE EDUCATION OF PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 25 YEARS WHO ARE IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE.
