THE ADVANCEMENT OF CHRISTIAN RELIGION THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION THE RELIEF OF POVERTY AND OTHER PURPOSES BENEFICIAL TO THE COMMUNITY IN ENGLAND AND WALES OR SUCH OTHER GEOGRAPHIC AREA AS MAY FROM TIME TO TIME BE DECIDED BY THE TRUSTEES IN CONSULTATION WITH THE BISHOPS' CONFERENCE AND IN PARTICULAR BUT WITHOUT LIMITING IN ANY THE OBJECTS OF THE TRUST: (1) THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE CHRISTIAN RELIGION PARTICULARLY BY PROMOTING A TRUE UNDERSTANDING OF THE LAWS OF SOCIAL LIVING IN THE LIGHT OF THE CHRISTIAN GOSPEL AND THE TEACHING OF THE CATHOLIC CHURCH AND PROMOTING THE FORMATION OF SOUND MORAL JUDGEMENTS BASED ON THAT UNDERSTANDING BY THE PUBLIC GENERALLY AND THOSE ENGAGED IN SOCIAL CARE WORK PROJECTS (2) THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE SOCIAL TEACHING OF THE CATHOLIC CHURCH (3) THE RELIEF OF POVERTY IN SUCH WAYS AS FALL WITHIN THE CHARITABLE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES (4) THE PROMOTION OF THE EFFICIENT AND EFFECTIVE APPLICATION OF RESOURCES FOR CHARITABLE PURPOSES PARTICULARLY FOR THE PURPOSE OF RELIEVING THE SICK POOR AGED OR DISABLED BY THE PROVISION OF ADVICE AND OTHER ASSISTANCE TO SOCIAL CARE WORK PROJECTS SPONSORED OR MANAGED BY THE CATHOLIC CHURCH OR OTHER CHRISTIAN CHURCHES AND FAITH COMMUNITIES AS WELL AS APPROPRIATE SECULAR GROUPS (5) THE ADVANCEMENT OF SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES CONNECTED WITH THE CATHOLIC CHURCH OR THE CATHOLIC RELIGION WHETHER IN ENGLAND AND WALES OR ELSEWHERE AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.
