FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF FELTHAM AND THE SURROUNDING AREA ("THE AREA OF BENEFIT") BY PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN THE OEGANISATION OR PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR PHYSICAL RECREATION IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY IN SPORTS ACROBATICS IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR SUCH PERSONS.
