TO EDUCATE AND ASSIST YOUNG PERSONS IN LONDON, SURREY AND HAMPSHIRE THROUGH THEIR LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES SO AS TO DEVELOP THEIR PHYSICAL AND MENTAL CAPACITIES THAT THEY MAY DEVELOP AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY AND THAT THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE MAY BE IMPROVED AND IN FURTHERANCE OF THAT OBJECT TO PROVIDE FUNDING TO ENABLE SUCH PERSONS TO BE EDUCATE DIN THE PLAYING OF ICE HOCKEY.
