HARBOUR PROVIDES ONE TO ONE AND GROUP EMOTIONAL SUPPORT, ADVICE AND INFORMATION AN PRACTICAL ISSUES AND FINANCIAL HELP IN CASES OF HARDSHIP . FURTHERMORE TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF CARERS, VOLUNTEERS AND THE PUBLIC ON THE SUBJECT OF HIV AND AIDS.
