THE PROVISION OF A SWIMMING POOL FOR THE USE OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE BOROUGH OF GODALMING IN THE COUNTY OF SURREY INCLUDING PERSON TEMPRARILY WITHIN THE AREA OF BENEFIT AND IN ALL CASES WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINION INCLUDING USE FOR OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVIN THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS.
