THE PROVISION OF ITEMS, SERVICES AND FACILITIES FOR THE KETTLESING FELLISCLIFFE COMMUNITY PRIMARY SCHOOL AND DARLEY COUNTY PRIMARY SCHOOL AS MAY BE AGREED BETWEEN THE TRUSTEE AND THE GOVERNING BODIES OF THE SCHOOLS;
IF AND IN SO FAR AS THE INCOME OF THE CHARITY CANNOT BE APPLIED TOWARDS THE OBJECT ABOVE IT MAY BE APPLIED IN PROMOTING THE EDUCATION (INCLUDING SOCIAL AND PHYSICAL TRAINING) OF PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 25 YEARS WHO ARE OR HAVE A PARENT RESIDENT IN THE PARISH OF NORWOOD
