Charitable objects
THE PROMOTION OF EDUCATION (INCLUDING SOCIAL AND PHYSICAL TRAINING) OF PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 25 YEAR WHO ARE, OR HAVE A PARENT, RESIDENT IN THE PARISH OF CRIDLING STUBBS. IF AND IN SO FAR AS THE INCOME OF THE CHARITY CANNOT BE APPLIED TOWARDS THE OBJECT ABOVE IT MAY BE APPLIED IN OR TOWARDS PROVIDING SUCH SPECIAL BENEFITS OF ANY KIND NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL AUTHORITY FOR WOMERSLEY CHURCH OF ENGLAND (VOLUNTARY CONTROLLED) JUNIOR AND INFANT SCHOOL AS MAY FROM TIME TO TIME BE AGREED BETWEEN THE TRUSTEE AND THE GOVERNORS OF THAT SCHOOL AFTER CONSULTATION WITH THE SAID AUTHORITY.
