TO PROVIDE PRIZES FOR SCHOOLCHILDREN :- 1) TO A CHILD AGED 11-13 IN THE ADMINISTRATIVE COUNTY OF KENT AND THE COUNTY BOROUGH OF CANTERBURY FOR THE BEST ESSAY ON A SUBJECT. 2) TO A CHILD AGED 11-13 IN THE ADMINISTRATIVE COUNTY OF KENT AND THE COUNTY BOROUGH OF CANTERBURY FOR THE BEST WORK OF ART SET BY THE EXAMINERS. 3) TO A BOY ATTENDING MAWES DOWN SCHOOL, WEST WICKHAM, FOR THE BEST ESSAY ON A SUBJECT SET BY THE EXAMINERS.
