The charity owns the site and premesis of the old school, Faringdon Road, Kingston Bagpuize, and the balance of the legacy bequeathed by John Blandy in his will of 1736 to found a school. The charity distributes any annual surplus to the benefit of young people who attend or have attended the school, are under the age of 25, or who live in KB, Southmoor, Longworth, Garford and Fyfield.

THE SCHOOL OF THE FOUNDATION (KINGSTON BAGPUIZE, JOHN BLANDY PRIMARY SCHOOL) IS TO BE CONDUCTED AS A VOLUNTARY SCHOOL WITHIN THE MEANING OF THE EDUCATION ACTS 1944 TO 1970. THE PREMISES OF THE OLD SCHOOL OF THE FOUNDATION MAY BE USED FOR THE PURPOSES OF A CLUB FOR GIRLS AND BOYS.PROVISION OF SPECIAL BENEFITS FOR THE SCHOOL, OF ANY KIND NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY. OTHER EDUCATIONAL BENEFITS FOR YOUNG PERSONS IN THE BENEFICIAL AREA.
