Charitable objects
The Charity's proposed new objects are:
• the advancement of education and training for the benefit of the public in the United Kingdom or abroad, in particular (but without limitation) by providing and conducting a school for boys and girls under the name Heathfield School (the "School") in accordance with the traditions of the Church of England, including the Anglo-Catholic tradition; and
• insofar as it is incidental or ancillary to the advancement of education, such other means for the benefit of the local community as shall be exclusively charitable.
