Charitable objects
THE NET INCOME SHALL BE APPLIED FOR THE BENEFIT OF PERSONS OF EITHER SEX WHO HAVE NOT ATTAINED THE AGE OF 25 YEARS, ARE IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE AND WHO ARE RESIDENT IN THE BENEFICIAL AREA, IN ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING WAYS:- (A) THE AWARD OF SCHOLARSHIPS, BURSARIES OR FURTHER EDUCATION; (B) ASSISTANCE TO ENABLE BENEFICIARIES TO PREPARE FOR OR ASSIST THEIR ENTRY INTO A TRADE, PROFISSION OR CALLING; (C) OTHERWISE PROMOTING THE EDUCATION, INCLUDING SOCIAL AND PHYSICAL TRAINING, OF BENEFICIARIES.
