(1) PURPOSES OF CHURCH OF ENGLAND SUNDAY SCHOOL FOR POORER CHILDREN. (2) ASSISTANCE OF SUCH CHILDREN TO ATTEND EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS, SCHOOLS, OR CLASSES OTHER THAN ELEMENTARY BY PAYMENT OF FEES, TRAVELLING OR OTHER EXPENSES OR MAINTENANCE ALLOWANCES.(3) ARRANGEMENT OF FACILITIES FOR ATTENDING TO THE HEALTH OF PUBLIC ELEMENTARY SCHOOL CHILDREN, OTHERWISE PROMOTING THE EDUCATION OF POORER CHILDREN.
