Charitable objects
FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT TO PROMOTE THE EDUCATION OF PEOPLE IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT IN SUCH WAYS AS THE CHARITY TRUSTEES THINK FIT, INCLUDING (BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY) BY:
A. PROVIDING AND ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR EDUCATION; AND
B. ASSISTING BENEFICIARIES IN FINANCIAL HARDSHIP TO PURSUE EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES THAT THEY MIGHT NOT OTHERWISE BE ABLE TO AFFORD BY AWARDING TO SUCH PERSONS SCHOLARSHIPS, MAINTENANCE ALLOWANCES OR GRANTS. THE TRUSTEES MUST GIVE A PREFERENCE TO BENEFICIARIES WHO ARE UNDER THE AGE OF 25 YEARS.
