Charitable objects
THE GENERAL BENEFIT OF ST. PETER'S SCHOOL, KETTERING, (FORMERLY KNOWN AS KETTERING PREPARATORY SCHOOL LTD) AND FOR THE BENEFIT OF PAST, PRESENT AND FUTURE PUPILS OF THE SAID SCHOOL BY THE PROVISION OF STUDENTSHIPS, SCHOLARSHIPS, APPRENTICESHIPS AND EXHIBITIONS. THE PROVISION OF GIFTS FROM THE PROPERTY AND THE FUNDS OF THE CHARITY OR THE PAYMENT FROM TIME TO TIME OUT OF ANY FUNDS OF THE CHARITY TO THE CHARITABLE INSTITUTION KNOWN AS BROADWAY COTTAGE TRUST.
