TO PURCHASE LAND AT WESTON FAVELL AND TO LAY OUT THE SAME FOR USE AS A SCHOOL PLAYING FIELD, IMPROVING AND EXTENDING SAME, ERECTING A SPORTS PAVILION AND SUCH OTHER BUILDINGS AS THE MANAGING TRUSTEES THINK FIT. PROVIDED THAT IF NORTHAMPTON HIGH SCHOOL FOR GIRLS IS TAKEN OVER BY THE STATE THE FUND SHOULD BENEFIT THE FABRIC OF SUCH PARTS OF PETERBOROUGH CATHEDRAL AS ARE CONSECRATED FOR PUBLIC WORSHIP.
