FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE COMMUNITY IN THE BILSTON AREA OF WOLVERHAMPTON (THE AREA OF BENEFIT) AND IN PARTICULAR, TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND TRAINING, RELIEVE SICKNESS AND OLD AGE, PRESERVE AND PROTECT GOOD-HEALTH AND TO PROVIDE FACILITIES THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATIONS WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS.
