THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION OF CHILDREN WHO ARE BONA FIDE RESIDENT IN THE BENEFICIAL AREA AND WHO ATTEND OR HAVE ATTENDED ANY PUBLIC ELEMENTARY SCHOOL IN ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING WAYS. (A) REWARDS BY WAY OF PAYMENTS NOT EXCEEDING $1 EACH. (B) PAYMENTS FOR CONTINUING AT SCHOOL NOT EXCEEDING $6 EACH. (C) EXHIBITION FOR HIGHER EDUCATION OF THE YEARLY VALUE OF NOT LESS THAN $10 AND NOT MORE THAN $15 EACH. (D) PROVIDING LECTURES: OR EVENING CLASSES IN, OR FOR THE BENEFIT OF SCHOLARS; SUBJECT TO CERTAIN SPECIFIED CONDITIONS LAID DOWN IN THE REGULATING SCHEME.
