TO PROVIDE THE NECESSARY FACILITIES FOR THE DAILY CARE, RECREATION AND EDUCATION OF CHILDREN WHO LIVE WITHIN THE CATCHMENT AREAS OF ALL THE SCHOOLS WITHIN A 2 MILE RADIUS OF THOMAS HEPBURN COMMUNITY SCHOOL, IN GATESHEAD, DURING OUT OF SCHOOL HOURS AND DURING SCHOOL HOLIDAYS. TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION AND TRAINING OF PERSONS IN THE PROVISION OF SUCH CARE EDUCATION AND RECREATIONAL FACILITIES.
