1/ NOT MORE THAN ONE HALF TO PROVIDING SPECIAL BENEFITS NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY FOR ANY MAINTAINED SCHOOL IN THE PARISH OF WENHASTON WITH MELLS HAMLET. 2/ THE REMAINDER THEREOF, TO PROMOTE THE EDUCATION EITHER GENERALLY OR INDIVIDUALLY OF CHILDREN UNDER 18 WHOSE PARENTS ARE RESIDENT IN THE SAID PARISH.
