TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES OF PEOPLE AGED OVER 60 WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE SOCIAL WELFARE OF SUCH PEOPLE LIVING IN LOWER PENN AND SURROUNDING DISTRICTS.
