Charitable objects
1) TO PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE THE PROVISION OF SWIMMING BATHS AND FACILITIES FOR MAINTAINING PHYSICAL FITNESS FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF CHESTER AND DISTRICT (HEREIN CALLED THE "AREA OF BENEFIT") WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THE SAID INHABITANTS. 2) IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND FOR THE PURPOSE OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE AREA OF BENEFIT TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF OTHER FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION OF THE SAID INHABITANTS. 3) TO UNDERTAKE THE PRESERVATION AND SAFEGUARDING OF LIFE BY EDUCATING AND TRAINING THE PUBLIC IN SWIMMING AND SAFETY STANDARDS IN AQUATIC PURSUITS. 4) TO PROMOTE ANY OTHER CHARITABLE OBJECTS THAT CAN REASONABLY BE PROMOTED IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE OBJECTS SET OUT IN THE PRECEDING SUB-CLAUSE.
