1. TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC IN ALL MATTERS RELATING TO HOUSING NEED AND HOMELESSNESS WITHIN THE BOROUGH OF SHREWSBURY & ATCHAM IN THE COUNTY OF SHROPSHIRE, AND 2. TO SUPPORT THE EFFICIENCY AND EFFECTIVENESS OF CHARITABLE ORGANISATIONS WITHIN THE SAID AREA OF BENEFIT WHOSE PURPOSES ARE RELATED TO THE PROVISION OF HOUSING FOR PERSONS IN NEED THEREOF
