THE PROVISION AND CONDUCT IN OR NEAR IPSWICH OF A DAY AND BOARDING SCHOOL FOR BOYS AND GIRLS: PROVIDED THAT IN SELECTING PUPILS THE TRUSTEES SHALL GIVE PREFERENCE TO CHILDREN WHO ARE OR HAVE A PARENT RESIDENT IN THE SURROUNDING AREA. FOR FULL DETAILS SEE CLAUSE 29 OF THE SCHEME.
