Charitable objects

(1) TO IMPROVE, MAINTAIN AND EQUIP, FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF WALLSEND AND ITS VISITORS, THE GARDENS, THE HISTORICAL BUILDINGS LANDSCAPED AREAS, OPEN SPACES, PLAYING FIELDS, PLAYGROUNDS AND RECREATIONAL AMENITY SPACES WITHIN WALLSEND PARKS. (2) TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR EDUCATIONAL, RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS.
