APPRENTICING POOR BOYS RESIDENT IN THE PARISH TO SOME USEFUL TRADE OR OCCUPATION. ASSISTING POOR BOYS OR GIRLS RESIDENT IN THE PARISH, ON ENTERING UPON OR TO ENABLE THEM TO PREPARE FOR A TRADE BY OUTFITS, EXPENSES OR OTHER SUCH MEANS FOR THEIR ADVANCEMENT IN LIFE.
