Charitable objects
(A) To relieve poverty and distress among adults, children or young people in the United Kingdom who have experienced, or are currently experiencing, domestic abuse, (including those who do not or have never lived together, ex-partners, family members or anyone else with whom they have had a personal relationship currently residing in the United Kingdom). (B) To arrange and provide, in the United Kingdom, for exhibitions, meetings, lectures and classes relating to topics affecting any adult, child or young person impacted by domestic abuse. Nothing in the articles shall authorise an application of the property of the charity for purposes which are not charitable in accordance with section 7 of the Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005 or section 2 of the Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008.
