Charitable objects
1. TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION IN ALL MATTERS CONCERNING AMATEUR RADIO AND RADIO COMMUNICATIONS AND RELATED SYSTEMS. 2. THE RELIEF OF DISTRESS AND SICKNESS BY ASSISTING THE WORK OF THE USER SERVICES AS DEFINED IN THE RADIOCOMMUNICATIONS AGENCY BOOKLET BR68, SUB CLAUSE 12 AND ANY OTHER ORGANISATION OR INDIVIDUALS INVOLVED IN THE ACTIVITY OR PLANNING OR PROVIDING OF RESCUE SERVICES OR EMERGENCY RELIEF OR EMERGENCY COMMUNICATIONS IN THE EVENT OF ANY DISTRESS OR EMERGENCY WHICH MAY BE LOCAL OR NATIONAL BY INCREASING THE EFFECTIVENESS OF SUCH RELIEF AND OTHER WORK BY SUPPLEMENTING THE EXISTING MEANS OF COMMUNICATIONS BY ESTABLISHING AND MAINTAINING AND OPERATING AND EXERCISING AN AMATEUR RADIO EMERGENCY COMMUNICATIONS SYSTEM.
