Activities - how the charity spends its money
Restoration of the former Pleasley Colliery steam winding engines and ancillary equipment by voluntary group from the local and adjoining communities to form a museum including the social history of the area. A second group of volunteers are managing in conjunction with Derbyshire County Council the adjacent former colliery spoil heaps which is now a designated Country Park.
