A PRIZE TO BE AWARDED ONCE IN EVERY ACADEMIC YEAR TO THE PUPIL ATTENDING THE TECHNICAL HIGH SCHOOL WHO IN THE OPINION OF THE HEAD TEACHER SHALL DISPLAY THE GREATEST PROMISE IN MATHEMATICS IN THE YEAR.
