Charitable objects
1) CONSERVE, PRESERVE, MAINTAIN PROTECT AND ENHANCE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC ALL BENEFICIAL ASPECTS AND FEATURES OF THE ENVIRONMENT OF LAND AND STRUCTURES OF OUTSTANDING NATURAL BEAUTY OR OF HISTORIC OR ARCHITECTURAL VALUE AND OF FLORA, FAUNA, FEATURES, BUILDINGS, SITES OR OBJECTS UPON OR WITHIN SUCH LAND OR STRUCTURES SUCH LAND TOGETHER WITH THE THINGS MENTIONED IN THIS SUB-CLAUSE BEING HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS "THE HERITAGE" 2) PROVIDE WITHIN THE HERITAGE FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION BOTH IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND FOR THE PURPOSE OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THOSE LIVING OR WORKING OR RESORTING TO THE HERITAGE SUCH FACILITIES TO BE AVAILABLE TO MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC AT LARGE 3) ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC WITH REGARD TO THE PRESERVATION, CONSERVATION, PROTECTION AND ENHANCEMENT OF THE HERITAGE AN THE IMPORTANCE OF WATER IN SUSTAINING LIFE 4) FACILITATE AND ENCOURAGE USE OF THE HERITAGE FOR CHARITABLE PURPOSES
