THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE EDUCATION OF CHILDREN, WHOSE PARENTS ARE BONA-FIDE RESIDENT IN THE PARISH, WHO ATTEND OR HAVE ATTENDED ANY SCHOOL BEING A PUBLIC ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, BY PRIZES OR REWARDS, PAYMENTS TO ENCOURAGE THEM TO CONTINUE AT SCHOOL OR PRIZES FOR RELIGIOUS KNOWLEDGE.
