DECLARATION OF TRUST DATED 16 OCTOBER 1922 AS AMENDED BY TRUSTEES' RESOLUTION DATED 21ST OCTOBER 1997 PASSED UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION 74 OF THE CHARITIES ACT 1993 AND DEED OF VARIATION DATED 21ST OCTOBER 1997.
Charitable objects
THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE TRUST FUND AND ITS INCOME UPON TRUST TO APPLY THE INCOME FOR THE SUPPORT OF ACADEMIC AND SPORTING ACHIEVEMENT IN THE SCHOOL.
