Charitable objects
A) IN MAKING PAYMENTS TO THE GOVERNORS OR MANAGERS OF ANY VOLUNTARY AIDED SCHOOL IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT TO BE APPLIED BY SUCH GOVERNORS OR MANAGERS IN DISCHARGING THEIR OBLIGATIONS UNDER THE EDUCATION ACTS 1944-73.
