Charitable objects
THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY ARE:
(1) THE PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE OF PLAYING FIELDS AND OTHER RECREATIONAL FACILITIES FOR THE PUPILS ATTENDING THE SCHOOL;
(2) THE MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT OF THE SCHOOL; AND
(3) THE PROMOTION OF EDUCATION OF THE PUPILS ATTENDING THE SCHOOL IN SUCH WAYS AS THE TRUSTEE THINKS FIT.
