THE PROVISION OF PRIZES FOR GIRLS ATTENDING THE NORWICH MUNICIPAL SECONDARY SCHOOL FOR GIRLS; PROVIDED THAT CANDIDATES FOR THESE PRIZES SHALL BE GIRLS WHO HAVE PREVIOUSLY ATTENDED PUBLIC ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS FOR NOT LESS THAN TWO YEARS AT ANY TIME.
