1. PROVIDING BIBLES AS REWARDS TO SCHOOL CHILDREN. 2. PROVIDING BOOKS OR FITTINGS FOR A SCHOOL LIBRARY. 3. PROVIDING SPECIAL FACILITIES FOR INSTRUCTION IN AND SUBJECTS OF PRACTICAL OR TECHNICAL INSTRUCTION SUITABLE TO THE CIRMCUMSTANES OF THE NEIGHBOURHOOD. 4. ASSISTING CHILDREN OR YOUNG PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE PARISH WHO HAVE ATTENDED A PUBLIC ELEMENTARY SCHOOL FOR NOT LESS THAN TWO YEARS FOR PURPOSES OF HIGHER EDUCATION BY PROVISION OF MAINTENANCE ALLOWANCE, PAYMENT OF FEES, COST OF BOOKS AND INSTRUMENTS, TRAVELLING AND OTHER EXPENSES. 5. MAKING ARRANGEMENT FOR ATTENDING TO CHILDREN ATTENDING ANY PUBLIC ELEMENTARY SCHOOL IN THE PARISH.
