THE SCHOOL PREMISES SHALL BE USED FOR THE FOLLOWING PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF CHILDREN AND ADULTS OR CHILDREN ONLY OF THE LABOURING MANUFACTURING AND OTHER POORER CLASES IN THE BENEFICIAL AREA; (A) CLASSES FOR RELIGIOUS INSTRUCTION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE DOCTRINES OF THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND; (B) EVENING CLASSES OR OTHER CLASSES FOR INSTRUCTION IN SECULAR SUBJECTS, OR LECTURES OF AN EDUCATIONAL CHARACTER; (C) PHYSICAL INSTRUCTION BY MEANS OF A GYMNASIUM OR OTHERWISE; (D) PROVISION OF A LIBRARY OR READING ROOM.
