PROMOTING THE EDUCATION OF GIRLS AND YOUNG WOMEN RESIDENT IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT, IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE, BY AWARDING SCHOLARSHIPS, EXHIBITIONS, BURSARIES, MAINTENANCE ALLOWANCES OR GRANTS AND PROVIDING OUTFITS, CLOTHING, TOOLS, INSTRUMENTS, BOOKS OR TRAVEL TO PREPARE FOR OR ENTER A PROFESSION, TRADE OR OCCUPATION.
