EVENING OR OTHER CLASSES FOR SECULAR EDUCATION AND FOR PHYSICAL EDUCATION BY MEANS OF A GYMNASIUM, LIBRARY OR READING ROOM. MAINTENANCE OF PREMISES. ASSISTING YOUNG PEOPLE TO ATTEND SCHOOLS OTHER THAN ELEMENTARY. PROMOTING THE SOCIAL AND PHYSICAL TRAINING OF BOYS AND GIRLS OF THE POORER CLASSES.
