APPRENTICING ONE POOR CHILD OF THE PARISH. THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE EDUCATION OF CHILDREN WHO ARE BONA FIDE RESIDENT IN BURROUGH GREEN AND WHO ATTEND OR HAVE ATTENDED A PUBLIC ELEMENTARY SCHOOL BY MEANS OF (A) REWARDS OR PRIZES TO OR FOR THE BENEFIT OF CHILDREN ATTENDING SOME PUBLIC ELEMENTARY SCHOOL (B) PAYMENTS TO SUCH CHILDREN TO ENCOURAGE THE CONTINUANCE OF THEIR ATTENDANCE AT SCHOOL (C) PROVIDING LECTURES OR EVENING CLASSES.
