THE PROVISION OF SPECIAL BENEFITS BEING NOT MORE THAN ONE-THIRD OF THE NET INCOME FOR THE KINGSWOOD (WOTTON) COUNTY PRIMARY SCHOOL. THE RESIDUE SHALL BE APPLIED FOR THE BENEFIT OF BOYS ANS GIRLS RESIDENT IN THE BENEFICIAL AREA BY WAY OF EXHIBITIONS, FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE AND OTHERWISE PROMOTING THE EDUCATION (INCLUDING SOCIAL AND PHYSICAL TRAINING) OF BENEFICIARIES, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS AS LAID DOWN IN THE SCHEME REGULATING THE FOUNDATION
