RESIDUAL INCOME TO BE APPLIED IN ASSISTING BOYS AND GIRLS TO ATTEND PLACES OF FURTHER EDUCATION, ATTENDING TO THEIR PHYSICAL HEALTH AND OTHERWISE PROMOTING THEIR EDUCATION BOTH SOCIALLY AND PHYSICALLY.
